1. Provider and acceptance
NOVA Buildings is a cloud software service owned and operated by Khalid Saad Qunaifidh in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. By creating an account or using the service, the customer accepts these terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Cancellation and Refund Policy. Anyone acting for an organization confirms that they have authority to bind it.
2. Service description
The platform provides tools for managing sites, buildings, floors, units, users, assets, maintenance requests, and scheduled maintenance plans. Features may be updated, improved, or discontinued for operational or security reasons, with reasonable notice of material changes where possible.
3. Account and free trial
The free trial lasts 14 days and does not require payment details. Customers must provide accurate information and keep credentials confidential. Customers are responsible for their users, permissions, and account activity. Access may stop when the trial ends unless a paid subscription begins.
4. Subscription, payment, and renewal
The service is offered as one annual subscription priced at USD 160, tax-inclusive as displayed at checkout. The subscription renews automatically each year until canceled. Payments are processed by Paddle as merchant of record, and NOVA does not store full card numbers or security codes.
5. Acceptable use and data
Customers must not use the service unlawfully, infringe third-party rights, bypass permissions, disrupt the service, or reverse engineer it without authorization. Customers retain ownership of submitted data and grant NOVA the permission required to process and host it to provide the service.
6. Availability and liability
NOVA aims to provide a stable service and reasonable security and backup measures but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Customers remain responsible for data accuracy, operational decisions, and copies of important reports. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
7. Suspension, termination, and governing law
An account may be suspended for nonpayment, security risk, or material breach. After cancellation, customers may request a data export for 30 days; operational data may then be deleted, while backups may remain for up to 90 days and legally required records may be retained longer. These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia. The Arabic version prevails if interpretations differ.
