1. Scope and provider identity
This policy applies to the NOVA Buildings website, cloud application, support, and subscription services. The service is owned and operated by Khalid Saad Qunaifidh, Khobar, Saudi Arabia. Privacy requests may be sent to info@nova-pms.com.
2. Data we collect
We may collect account, contact, and organization information; subscription details and payment identifiers; IP address, login and security logs; and support communications. We also process operational data entered by organizations, including sites, buildings, units, users, assets and identifiers, maintenance requests, and reports.
3. Purposes of processing
We use data to create and verify accounts, provide trials and subscriptions, operate platform features, send service messages, reconcile payments and renewals, provide support, prevent fraud, protect accounts, improve performance, and meet legal obligations.
4. Sharing and service providers
NOVA does not sell personal data. We may share the minimum necessary data with hosting, email, backup, and support providers; with Paddle for payments, subscriptions, and taxes; or with authorities where legally required. These providers may process data outside Saudi Arabia subject to appropriate safeguards.
5. Retention and security
We retain account and operational data as needed to provide the service. After cancellation, a data export may be requested for 30 days; data may then be deleted from active systems, while backups may remain for up to 90 days. Billing and security records may be retained longer where legally required. We use access controls, password hashing, encrypted connections, and reasonable security measures.
6. Cookies and your rights
We use essential session and storage technologies for login, security, language preferences, and remembering the tenant code when selected. Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, withdrawal of consent, or submit a complaint. We may verify identity before fulfilling a request.
7. Changes and contact
